The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The furniture is made of solid wood, spruce (ensures a positive room climate) and Swiss stone pine (has a positive effect on the heart rate). This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, balcony, and playground. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a barbecue. The well-furnished apartment “Sella Seis” situated outside of Seis (Siusi), a charming village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and close to Bolzano (Bozen) and is an ideal starting point to explore the many hiking, cycling and skiing possibilities. The 100 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). Start the day with coffee on the balcony, while the outdoor area boasts an extensive garden with seating furniture, which is shared but also has a private section. There you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners while looking over the surrounding mountains. In addition, there is also a swing and slide for the little ones. After 1.6 km or a 4-minute drive, you will get to the centre of Seis (Siusi) with supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants. A cable car taking you to the mountain top is only a 5-minute drive (2.2 km) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) skiing area can be reached after a 22-minute drive (10.8 km). The shuttle bus stop, which takes you to the centre and the cable car station, is only 2 minutes on foot (50 m) from the property. A 35-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as in the garage.
